What we collect, and why

What you send us

When you use the site form, we receive what you enter: your site coordinates, project type, the study you need, your email address and, if you add them, your organisation and message. We use these details only to reply to you about your site and to prepare a scope and quote.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored on our own servers and forwarded to our inbox by email. Our email delivery provider handles the message in transit. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

What the site does not do

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our web servers record standard request logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure; these logs are not used to identify visitors.

Deleting your details

To see or delete what we hold about you, write to [email protected] from the address you used.
